WPOA Return Policy

Made-to-Order Items

Many items in our store are produced on demand. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • incorrect sizing

  • preference changes

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To request help:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Email pier0@wawaseeassociation.org

  • Include:

    • your order number

    • clear photos of the issue

    • photos of packaging if damage occurred during shipping

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

  • The WPOA Online Stores offer official Wawasee Property Owners Association merchandise. Purchases help support WPOA programs.

    We have two:

    • a non-member store

    • a member store with exclusive discounts and merchandise

  • Most items are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner (e.g., Printful). This helps avoid overproduction and keeps inventory costs low.

  • Because items are made to order, timing includes production + shipping:

    • Production: typically a few business days (varies by item and season)

    • Shipping: depends on carrier/service and destination.
      You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

  • We’ll do our best, but because items enter production quickly, changes/cancellations are only possible if production hasn’t started yet. Email us ASAP and include your order number: pier0@wawaseeassociation.org

  • Because items are custom/made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • buyer’s remorse

    • ordering the wrong size

    • preference changes

    If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. See the Return Policy below.

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

    • your order number

    • photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged)

    We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Regrettably, we are unable to reroute an order once it placed.

  • If tracking shows a delivery issue (lost/returned), contact us with your order number and tracking info. We’ll help investigate and advise next steps.

  • Log in to your WPOA account to access the member store. A link the the member store is in the header of the website (big yellow button). If you’re having trouble accessing member benefits, email us.

  • Sales tax may be collected where required by law based on your shipping address.
